Our Story
Serenity Springs was born from a deep desire to provide better options for seniors in our community. Our founders, like so many families, were frustrated by the limited senior care options available for their loved ones. They sought a place that provided compassionate, 24/7 care while maintaining the warmth, comfort, and dignity of a true home, without the sterile, institutional feel of traditional facilities.
Determined to find a better solution, their search led them to Platinum Resort in Austin, TX, an innovative luxury memory care community that redefined assisted living. Inspired by its unique blend of high-end residential living and exceptional personalized care, they partnered with the visionary founders Brett and Laura Chotkevys to bring this groundbreaking concept to the Houston area. The result is Serenity Springs—a premier memory care mansion designed to provide unparalleled comfort, security, and a true sense of home for those needing extra support in their daily lives.
